Yolo County Homeowners Offered Zero Percent Financing to Make Energy Efficiency Home Improvements

Yolo County is now a Member County of the CHF Joint Powers Authority.

As such, homeowners in Yolo County can now apply for zero percent financing to make energy efficiency home improvements through the CHF Residential Energy Retrofit Prgram.

The zero percent promotional interest rate in Yolo County is only for a limited time and subject to change at any time. Please view the Program Term Sheet located on the CHF website for current interest rates for the Program.

Loan and Grant Application Revised

CHF has revised Doc #373230 - Loan and Grant Application, to include fields for the last four digits of the borrower and co-borrower's social security numbers.
